barracuda on Old Thrush Muffler commercial

Years ago there was a Thrush muffler commercial with an A body Cuda that had a Superbird style wing...

Anyone remember this and have pictures of that car????

I need pics of it please

Yea, tried that too...it's an old commercial.....Car was white I think, with Psychadelic 70's paint on the sides...had a Superbird style wing.......

Frankly, I've never understood the "Thrush reverence." They were pure junk

I can still remember demonstrating to a friend of mine who was proudly showing me his brand new Thrush "turbo muffler" that he'd bought for a fraction of what we got for Walker/ Maremont originals. I went and got one out of stock and handed it to him. I took his junk Thrush "turbo" and held it out on one arm, and told him to try that with the one I had.

They must have weighed at least three times as much.

They were cheap, marketed well, and for the masses that made your car cool!

PS, weighing three times as much, is NOT a selling point on a race/performance part. I agree that they are junk.

I'm just looking for pics of that car....Not the mufflers I'm concerned with
