Brown Exaust Smoke ?
#4
brown smoke? Im gonna go in a different direction with this one.Its probably carbon deposits in the exhaust system mixed with a bit of rust breaking loose too. You may also have a buildup of lead in your gas tank.
Remember, this car was built in 1960 so alot of leaded gas went through it. I once took out a gas tank from a 64 dart and cut it apart. It had about 1 1/2 inches of brown stuff in the bottom. Solid too, im assuming it was deposits from the gas. Also, are you running this car harder than the previous owners. {they may have never "blown it out" before} [that means running it hard to remove the deposits]
