This past month I have been busy in the garage dressing the motor with a 4 barrel chrome valve covers looking for nuts and bolts to finish this part of my project

Today was a great day. A buddy of mine stopped by and we dropper the engine in, so later this week I will be wiring and doing the plumbing in the engine bay. And with any luck I will have a trans in a week or two.

So on Monday I talked to my brother-inlaw and asked for some help on Tuesday to lift the trans under the car. Well it took awhile but we got it in I am hopping to have it running by the first of June. Wish me luck.

Well I have to say that the build is done. Over the weekend I finished the exhaust, put in the drive shaft and rear shocks.

babies first bath

For the past month I have been chasing brake leeks trany leeks and electrical problems. they are all behind me for now. Took the Cuda in for an alignment on Tuesday and gave her a bath on Saturday. Cursed her around town all weekend. It is a good feeling to have this project ready for the road for all to see.

Made it to the top

Well this is probably the end of my build thread. I had the top put on and the car is complete. now it is time to work the bugs out. Hope it was helpful to those that stopped by, or an inspiration to those that are building one.
