74 Dart brake booster replacement

I just replaced my brake booster on my 74 Dart and now the pedal gets sucked in as soon as i start the car. As i push on the accelerator the brake pedal releases a little, but when i just let the car idle it has a rough idle and then the car dies.
Can someone help me fix this issue?

Sounds to me like they forgot to reinstall the spring in the booster during the rebuild?
