Drilled Through Cylinder Head

Need some help. I was working on 77 360. The last exhaust stud near #8 piston was broken of so I was drilling it out to use an easy out and I drilled through the head. After that the easy out tip broke off and as I was trying to get that out it pushed through and disappeared. I pulled the head off and can't find it anywhere. Anyone know if this will be an issue?

More than likely it fell down into the water passage and went down into the coolant passage in the engine block... You mite be able to use a magnet and fish it out if it went straight down to the bottom of the passage.
