1973 D100

I have a 1973 D100 with a 318 engine, 1 barrel, and automatic......I have replaced all the electrical, carb, distributor, coil, plugs, and plug wires.....it cranks and runs just fine but when I try to ease on the gas it dies, it cranks right back up but then try to give it gas it dies again. I have also replaced the fuel pump and filter.....after repeatly doing this for 10 or 15 minutes you can finally get it to drive without dying....I replaced the auto choke and it seems to work fine …..does anyone have a notion as to what my problem is?

Does the float bowl leak at all? Sounds like something stuck in there maybe...

First two things I would check are the accelerator pump in the carb and vacuum leaks.
