318 d200 electrical issue ?

Hi everyone long story short I have a 75 d200 5.2 l that has been sitting for the past month or two . The truck will not crank unless I use a screw driver to jump the multi function relay . Also none of the accessories work. When I replaced the exhaust a while back the starter had to be removed and the transmission linkage may be mixed up . Battery, fuses, relays test good , I am at a loss of what else could be the issue

There is a bulkhead connector on the drivers side of the firewall, my suspicion is that there is a problem with it. It is plug in for the front wiring harness so you need to unplug it and clean all connections.
