My 82 has the drivers door stuck shut, I've taken off the panel everything seems to be hooked up and moving but the door won't open.
any ideas on what I can do?

 

Spray the latch.... Make sure the lock and unlock rod lever is in the unlock position.... Pull the door opening lever to the open position and kick it open from the inside. Replace the latch if you cannot clean it.
If you cant do that... See if the Striker bolt is accessible and unloosen it from the inside of the door panel. But if it is covered, Good luck.

 

Spray the handle too....

 

thanks for the advice, the door is now open and working fine. it just needed to be lubed up after so many years
