Greetings!
New rebuild, very mild cam...runs very well.
Manual choke gasket junk. Replaced with Fel-Pro metal gasket material. Design lets the choke spring wallow in those exhaust gases, as the exhaust warms the butterfly opens. Simple stuff.
Going to move to an electric chock. When I block off that manifold hole where will that exhaust go? Does it just dump back into the exhaust manifold.

The short answer is yes..
it will just back its way back out the exhaust..
