what is the best way to put a manual in my 87 dodge w150 want to keep it 4x4 and it has the 318 in it

 

Fined a crashed truck and buy it. This way you have all the parts to perform the swap. Much cheaper also...

 

I'm more concerned about finding a tranny that either will bolt to a 318 or a big block I've seen people get second gen trannies and convert the bell housing but I wanna see if anyone knows if there's a way for me to find a first get tranny that doesn't need modified
