92 w-150 dodge truck 318 mag

i need some help. ok,my trucks has gotten to where its cutting off only when i put it in drive. not sure if its something to do with the transmission or what. a few time when trying to crank it back up it had lost fire to the coil.so i check the pick up coil on the fly wheel all good and the pickup in the distripture.all seam to be good.and plug up good.not to sure what ellis would cause it to shut off like it does. The truck been shitting for about 3 years and before it was park i replace all the sensor, fuel pump, even has a rebuild trans in it with new torque.[could it be a vacum issue] trans is a 46r od 4x4

That does make sense. In the late 80s chrysler starting putting a code in the car's computers that told it to shut down the motor if it did not see enough current.

Good find!
