Cheap work truck

So I just picked up an 86 dodge 1500 for a daily driver / work truck
All the upgrades that I will do are to make the truck better on the cheap, so I am not afraid of crossing any lines
So 1st upgrade since it came with straight pipes I needed a muffler, I found this sweet Toyota muffler for 20$ off of a Tacoma. Thinking I should put a trd sticker on it
2nd upgrade was the battery box, the battery is just held in place by 2 bungee cords so I bent some scrap 90 pieces of scrap steel I had lying around and bolted them to the original box. More pics soon, got dark

So this is the carb on it. Might be a stupid question, but is it stock? Im thinking not, but I have no idea. If someone could tell me what type of holly carb it is and is it good for a setup of mpg or not

Yes it does
The plan will be to bypass the ac condenser since the ac doesn't work, also looking into an electric fan also. I was looking at the 16" single fan from flex a lite, should work.

Pics of motor and lines. I was hoping I could go straight from the crank to the alternator
