Hydraulic clutch issues

Hey everyone, I posted before about needing help mounting my master cylinder. Turns out that even with a factory bracket there just wasnt enough room for the stock setup. The brake booster and a bunch of other stuff was in the way. So I went with a floor mount clutch pedal assembly.

The problem I have now is basically not knowing anything about hydraulic clutches. Google is no help at all, and I've spent about 4 hours every day this past week trying to research it, to no avail.

The master cylinder that came with the pedal assembly is a 5/8" bore. Is that large enough to disengage my clutch? This is what I'm most worried about at this point, and why I haven't bothered picking up a s/c yet. I know for best results I should match master and slave bore diameters, or at least be very close to it.

I'm pretty sure its at least an 11 inch clutch disc in the tranny. NP435 if that narrows it down at all. I'd really like to get this all sorted out so I can get it on the road. This is really the only thing standing between me and the mud and rocks

I'm pretty sure that the 5/8" piston will be fine. I know that on some of the stock vehicles, they ran a 1/2" piston. Stroke plays a factor in that as well. I'm sure that other's more knowledgeable with chime in too.
