I have a 1964 dodge with no known vin # on the hinge piller or fender tag.
No title...is there any other spot on the car where i can find some kind of id. ?

Manufactors usually will stamp the VIN into the frame of the vehicle someplace and on the body in at least one other location.

If you post a picture of the car, someone here might be able to tell you exactly where to look.

 

I'm not sure about 1964, But the later B Bodies are stamped near or under the thrunk weather stripping.
