Hello I need some assistance in figuring out if the rocker arm shafts from a 1966 ser# 2408516 head will work on a 1960 ser#2206324 head. Seems like the mounting posts on the 516's have a rounded mounting surface where the mounting surface on the 324's is flat. I have attached a picture of the flat mounting surface on the 324's any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are correct....
1. Head takes a tube mount... The other uses a stand style rocker asm.

 

Ok so the tubes I have from the 516's are not compatible correct? And Thank You for the speedy reply!
