2013 dodge dart steering column issues!!!

Hello everyone. I need a little help. The other day I was adjusting my steering wheel on my 2013 Dodge Dart SE and these two metal clips or pins fell onto the floorboard of the vehicle and since then the steering column/wheel has been in kind of a free float. It will not lock in an position and is free to move in any direction. Hopefully someone on here knows how to fix it and can give me some peace of mind.

thank you all!

Sorry, the break down that I have do not show them. Maybe someone might jump in here that has had one open lately.
Only other suggestion I would have is to check with your local Dealer Parts guys and see if they can give you a copy of the in depth break down of the Column.
