stored mopars

New member here. I have a few mopars that are garaged while i am working overseas. They usually only get started once a year or longer. I know that is not ideal but hoping I will not have any real problems. They will be stored for another 2-4 years before i will be home for good. They have all started right up so far but any tips would be nice. Here is a list of what is stored with engine type for better info. 73 dart sport rebuilt 340 with less than 100 miles, 73 dart sport 318 with about 50,000 miles, 73 roadrunner clone 360 with about 30,000 miles, 2008 challenger SRT8 with 69,000, 2012 challenger RT 5,7 with 6,800 miles and a 2019 challenger scat pack widebody with 31 miles. My biggest fear right now is tire rot lol.

Run the fuel down as low as possible
Put the cars up on stands
Have someone put about 4 lbs more air for storage.
Keep the cars out of the sun.
Keep battery tenders on all the battery's
Ask someone to roll the engines over every 3 months.
Keep the cars covered and var-mites away so as not to eat the car apart.

Just my 2 cents.

hey thanks for the tips. I am lucky and have them all in a garage and do have battery tenders on them. i will put them up on stands on next trip home. do you think they should be covered in the garage. Not sure if humidity would hurt them. I live in north florida.

As per the advise of Keith Jones at Total Seal piston rings. I use Onan engine fogging compound "Onaguard". To overdo it I spray it down the throttle body while running, then spray it down the throttle body while cranking "ignition off", then remove the spark plugs and spray a deluge directly into each cylinder. Reinstall the plugs, crank it a few times "ignition off" and good to sit in storage..

I used a similar product and method for the SeaDoos I had years back but wood fog the throttle body until they stalled then pull the plugs.
