318 blown head gasket?

I have a 86 w100 with the 5.2L 318. It had some smoke from under the hood so I replaced the valve cover gaskets. It also could be coolant leaking but my engine isn’t overheating. Was this a common problem

You can see where it’s wet around the exhaust manifold and I think that’s oil. I was just wondering if these were known to have head gasket issues
