318 Gasket Interchangability?

Hello, Gents,

I have a 94 318 magnum that is currently at the machine shop being cleaned up. I'm not looking to spend much on this engine because I only want to use it for a couple of years at most as a daily driver and to get a project I bought out of Highschool moving. Everything is in standard spec after being cleaned up, so at the moment, it is getting hot tanked, new cam bearings, and the cylinders honed. A friend of mine gave me this 318 and a gasket kit, for I believe an 85-89 la engine. I am aware of the differences in oil pans between the "LA" and "Magnum" engine and the other subtle differences such as pushrod oiling..etc., but my question is just how interchangeable would this gasket kit be if I were to install a later La gasket kit onto a Magnum engine?

Btw, the engine is being carbed and an electric fuel pump added,

Thanks, guys!

The head gaskets will work but check the front water passage opening size. Some others will work but a side by side comparison would be wise.
