340 water temp

Hello can anybody tell at what temps I need to cycle the electric fan on and off. 340 v8 with 160 degree thermostat.

A 160 t-stat is a bit cool for me a 180 would be a better choice.. I set mine 10 degress above the t-stat and adjust from their. You do not want the fan to run all the time.. If you have a good cooling system the fan should only come on at idle or in slow moving traffic.

Use that as a base line as tstats arent always spot on.
