440 Alternator question

So the monster was supposed to be ready this past wednedsday butthe alternator froze and broke the 440 source aluminum pulley so waiting on that which should be in on Monday. My question is this, how bad would it be to drive this home as is and bring it back Monday for the new pulley. basicly driving it "drag set up" and charging the battery at the end of the day?
I just cant take the friggin anxiety over it anymore! lol
Thanks

won't hurt it a bit. how many miles you have to go? charge that battery and keep the lights and radio off, should be fine.
