A-833 4pd and Magnum 5.9

I have a 74 challenger 360 4spd.
I am considering an engine swap to a late model magnum 5.9.
Does anyone know if the newer motor will bolt up to the old trans/bellhousing?

i have heard the tranny bolts to block are the same.

thank you,
the other concern is if the pilot shaft/bushing will match in the back end of the crank.
