Morning. Cool and rainy all weekend here. Going out to buy some metal to build fenders for the trailer we converted from the truck flat bed that was on '92 DOUG-E. That was truck name, had the top of D knocked of by a rock so I named him. The '95 3500 V10 we have now is more respectable and not a punk like DOUG-E so I call him Douglas.

Over to Cedar Falls for Mopar Max but didn't stay long, legs hurt but I talked to the ones that are important to me and haven't seen in a year. The guys I raced with twenty five years ago are getting f###ing old! How does that happen? Can't remember, can't hear, can't walk (me), don't race because the kids are and there kids are $$$$$(someone has to pay), but it sure nice seeing them.

I made my round bought a t shirt and hit the road, must be old also.

Sounds like a pretty good time? Yep the aging dont seem to stop for no body, that kind of sucks. Always good to see old racing friends and families.
As for the kids. Thats always a pay as you go, I got 3 grown and 9 grandkids, And a few others to contend with. I might even have to get in the Junior Dragster side of it soon.. But I'll just be a tuner..lol...

What up dudes!!! I took the car out this morning after 2 Months of not driving it because of my damn arm surgery,,, it's getting cool at night time and mornings are nice and crisp,29* deg this morning...Anyways decided to take the car to McDonalds for coffee before I take off to PA to work for 2 weeks...here is a couple of pictures I took this morning...

Racehog it's funny you say it looked better with the dent my boy put in,, he is in collage and called me a while ago and said he hit a dumpster last weekend leaving some "Late night gathering" is what he called it,,I am shure it was no church singing group but has to take his new Toyota 4 Runner we just bought him to the body shop....And my middle boy put a long scratch on his Dodge pick up we just got him and just got it out of the shop.....oh well I guess we were all kids at one time and some of us had rougher nights than others...

That is just too dang funny..... Ouch is all I can say...

Well today is my wife and I anniversary 22 years I I have put up with her, I think I will let her drive the Coronet today,,,,I am so damn lucky she does not read or get on this forum, lol.....No but for real I have a great wife that gave me 3 handsome boys....and lets me spend money on the car..... she has been wanting a New Toyota Tundra TRD and that's what I Bought her yesterday....Later boys...the wife is driving in and I have things to do.

What up guys? I am out in Pennsylvania working and it's been raining a lot here, talked to my wife back in Wyoming and she said it was 29* degrees his morning..Good news is I found a guy that has a shop in Casper Wyoming and he is a Mopar guy and builds motors and what have you...I am thinking of taking the Coronet over to him and let him take over and get the engine tuned up... I am having an issue with it, if the car is in park it will revup to 4-5k RPMs no problem but when I put her in drive I can hold the brake down and mash on the gas and it only revs to about 2200 rpm..it will not even spin the tires just sits their ready to take off.. so I am hoping he can work out some of the bugs....
