You described the weather we’re having here in Ontario Canada.
Getting things ready for my son to visit from Alberta, going to a big drag race in Grand Bend with a camper.
Got these back running boards going on Douglas and ready for some 5th wheel towing.

Putting together 8 3/4" parts for my buddy Gord's 1955 Plymouth Savoy. He's building a poly into a baby Hemi and I've got enough extra parts to give him a bell, 4 speed, driveshaft and axle. We've been trading favours back and forth for years, and if it was Chevrolet parts he'd have them and just give them to me but he wants to pay me for the parts I'm giving him the dumb ***.
I'm thinking I might take it to work and put it behind the dumpster because after each swap meet we've gone to he always says "now it's time to check out the dumpsters because that's were all the best Dodge parts will be".
That's what I get from a broken down old Chevrolet mechanic. He apprenticed at a Dodge dealership then moved to GM. This guy bought a brand new '69 Z 28, he blew up the engine in his super modified racer, swapped the Z 28 engine in, blew that up, put it back in the Camaro and claimed warranty on Monday. I love this guy.

Dan: Those are some of the good friends to have... For sure..... Always Fun trading stuff..... When I was in High School I went to work for GM and was at that job for 10 years. I went to a trade Tech college while working at for GM, Learned all I could and then went to my current job as a City Mechanic. That was when I got Schooled on how important it was for a good basic education in this field...lol Got a whole new feel on what it took to have to work on anything and everything.... The would has been crazy to me ever sense.... But we have made a hell of allot of good Dam Friends over the years....
