Head cracks at valve seats 360CID

HELP!!! Should I repair or replace the damaged cast iron cylinder heads on my 1974 360 cid dodge engine? I have hairline cracks that originate out from the valve seats (2) on both heads and I'm not sure what to do.. All recommendations and info would be appreciated.
