Just joined and need assistance please

Hello, I just joined and I'm in need of some assistance. I finally purchased the car I've wanted for years...73" dart swinger. The front clip and bumper are off a 72 though which I prefer. I was told that the motor is a 360, bored 30 over, internally balanced and professionally built by a guy name Bob Carter here in so Cal. The car sounds great also but I would like to know more about it and now I can't get a call back from the previous owner. What type oil should I use? Tranny fluid, octane fuel etc??? I don't even know the year of the motor. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gabe

Welcome From Another guy from So-CAL....

Gabe, I'll toss out a recommendation....
Engine Oil: 30w or 15W40
Transmission Fluid: ATF+4 Type
Octane: 87 >>>> Should run on 87. But if the engine pings / knocks... Move it up to 91 octane...

Just my 2 cent... Welcome again from Monrovia rite near Pasadena...

Smile have a great day.

Unless it was a custom expensive rebuild It is externally balanced..The front dampener would be about 1" (318 style) wide for internal balance and 1 3/8" for stock external balance
