Wiring Gremlin :-[
A few days ago my hazards and right turn signal stopped working, replaced the flasher under the dash, and they started working fine. Shortly after, they stopped working again. Now I'm also noticing that my fender turn lights are always on, even when my lights aren't on.
Waddaya think guys?

It sounds like you may have a short in your turn signal switch. Check your brake lights and horn do they work ok? Does the left side work ok? When you say fender lights are always on, both sides? what about the rear?
The brake lights work ok, and the left side blinker works ok. Also, only the front right fender light stays on, so I don't think its a short in the turn switch. This is a real pain in the neck because it will work fine one minute, and the next all this stuff starts to happen.
I know this is hard to diagnose over the internet, but i appreciate any ideas! :-)

Real hard to diagnose from here but my suggestion is to go to the front and rear turn signal composits and check each socket for corroision, check wires to the sockets for bad connections and check your grounds. If you havent done so already put a heavy duty flasher in it (552). When that fender light stays on it usually indicates a bulb out (a chrysler feature), make sure you also have the correct bulbs in it. I believe that they should be 1156 bulbs all around.

So you are flashing the brake light? If so, it is in the turn signal switch. It overrides the brake light circuit. In that set-up the out-put of the brake pedal runs back up the column, and the brake signal is interrupted by the flasher system.
