charging problems

I`m having some charging problems. All winter I`ve went out to garage and car started fine.Took it out for drive other day shut it off and battery was dead.I jumped it started right up.Took it to get alternator checked said it was bad.So I took it off had checked again and it was good.So I bought voltage regulator changed it.When I check batt. volt with car off its 12.6 when I start it drops to about 11.When I check alt. volts it jumps all over place.I`ve checked all grounds I can think of.Looked goodchecked wires dont see anything that looks bad.Tried different battery no change.Anyone that has an idea would be much appreciated. Thanks
