Won't start

I have a 2000 Cirrus V6 that won't start. It has fuel and spark, the spark is crazy irradiate. When you crank it it will kick back and when it does turn over it sound like it's turning backwards and blows smoke out the intake. I checked the timing belt and made sure the cam and crank sprockets marks were in line, changed the cam sensor the crank sensor the mass air sensor and the ECM and no change. All stemmed from changing the thermo stat cause it was over heating.

Well if youve changed the crank sensor, cam sensor, made sure the timing was good... Thats an okay start.

* Have you checked fault memory in the PCM?

* Is there fuel in the gas tank?

* Have you checked to make sure you have proper fuel pressure?

Are these timing belts or chains? Did it break while driving? If yes: Its possible you may have a bent valve(s).
