How is it set up now? What valves in the heads? are they ported at all? Whats it going in? YOu have the crank and rods?

A blank sheet of paper is good but whats the budget?

Cam, Head work (porting & milling to increase comp ratio), pistons from 440 source...Should be good. Or a new aluminum intake and some good at home porting with headers could get you kinda close.
Or a 150 shot of juice...
