Manual options for 440

Hi all.

I just purchased a '72 440/727 out of a Newport Custom... I don't do automatics and I'm trying to find the best, most cost effective way to convert.

Are there any other options besides the A833?

VERY new to Mopar. I race SM and my dad is all Ford. It's safe to say that I'm lost.

I think you are going to have to detail some of your goals. What is wrong, EG with just exactly what was originally behind that engine, IE an A833? The Mopar A833 and probably the Ford "top loader" remain to this day one of the strongest OEM passenger car 4 speeds ever
