1970 brake drum removal process

How do you remove the front brake drums on a 1970 Belvedere? I took the wheel off and there are what looks like washers that hold the lug bolts to the drum. Is there a nut under the dust cover that I have to remove to take them off or are the lugs part of the drum or part of the hub? I'm a chevy guy turned mopar and the chevy drums come off with the removal of the wheel. Trying to decide f I'm going to tackle the brake rebuild.

There is a spindle nut under the dust cap, pull the cotter key and remove the tin nut cover then the nut.

Haha no worries! So do you beat the studs out and move them to the new drums or buy new ones?

Thanks for all the help. Just want to be prepared once I start.
-What type brake fluid do I use?
-Will I need a puller to remove the drums?
-Are the rears just like the fronts?
