I have a 64 dodge dart and needs new control arm bushings upper and lower and pretty sure new ball joints does anyone know where I can order a kit or those parts and is it hard to do?

It does require some special tools. What I would do without having to buy the tools Check with an independent front end shop see how much they would charge If you brought in just the parts not the car.. Otherwise you need a special socket for the upper ball joint (the small one) and something to remove the upper bushings (a HD vise and an impact air hammer works to remove them Big C clamp, some large sockets and a 5 lb hammer to install. Yes I know a press would be nice..

I use Energy for poly bushing if you want to go that route
