It's your car.

Do what you want with it. My car had a vinyl top and I didnt care to put another back on. I personally think it looks more clean. Butthen there are some other cars that look "right" with one.


I don't get the flat black hood part though.... Throw a GTS hood on and paint that body color.

Removing the top is a pain in the ***. Remove all the trim first. If you don't know how, get help. If it is the first time, get help. Replacing the trim is expensive, did I mention getting knowledgeable help! The "blacked out" hood treatment (a bodies) started on '70 Darts. The correct black is Organasol black. It is a type of textured matte black. Difficult to shoot correctly. Totally auto sells the right black but is is very wrong on your car.
