Bore?

I want to get my 413 bored to a 440 because I can't find 413 flat tops for it. Can I safely bore it. I belive I can because there's not much of a difference. Can I safely boreally it?

If I remember correctly the 426 bore 4.25 is all you can go.

They show a flat top but there not , disregard.
