Unhappy 1990 W250 fail cold start

Okay so I got a W250 1990, and it runs like a dream in all weather besides cold. The moment i get to anything under 40F it wont start for a damn. But just looking at my carburetor I can see there isn't anything for a choke, i looked for cutting and there wasn't any choke delete either, anyway i have a 2bbl in it right now and i have the 360 gas motor. I'm not wanting to purchase a new manifold for a four barrel currently. If anyone knows any good carburetors that aren't insanely expensive. I don't need the truck for towing or going fast, just a cruiser and for winter. I believe mine right now is tuned by vacuum and id want a manual choke

Thank you, T

Try this next time...... When you get in the truck.... Pump the gas 3 times.... Crank the engine just a bump (1/2 and engine revolusion) pump the gas 3 more times.. Just press the pedal slowly to the floor and let it back up. No stomping... And then crank it and see if it starts easier...
