1968 Plymouth Fury III "water pump housing" and paint
I am calling this part the "water pump housing" until I figure out the actual name for it. I would like to know where I can find one, my local O'Rielly's didn't have one.

The water pump bolts to the front of it and the thermostat is on top. It has two holes on each side that lead back into the block.
Additionally, I was wondering if anyone knows where you can get the original Chrysler turquoise engine paint (Dupont paint code 4799D).

Water pump housing is a good description. You can get an aluminum one at Boulgers sp Mancini Racing There is a difference as too the outlet side. Used to be able to get the paint from Chrysler / Or try Year One or maybe Eastwoods

Before you paint the engine make sure that is the color for the year and engine size. Chyrsler use a few different colors in the same year on different models. Any good parts store will have the paint I got mine through NAPA it was a dupli-color paint and covered and looks great after many coats.

in the old days 1965-1970 the B-RB engines water pumps had to sizes. one with 6 blades for A/C engines. one 8 blades for non A/C engines. sound back wards? chrysler would spin the water pump on A/C engine faster, to get more air through the radiator. so they had to cut back on the water flow. the big trick was to put an A/C water pump on a non A/C engine to gain power. and the belt system was different for each. the pulleys ect, was different sizes.
