Headers for 1975 360 LA for Dodge M37
Headers for 1975 360 LA for Dodge M37
Looking for shorty headers with 1 3/4" to handle 500-550 hp, was told shorty headers with 1 5/8" were too small.
Have not found larger primary tube shorty headers, placing in an old 1952 doge M37, and do not have much space.
I am hooking up to Edelbrock 60775, heads.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks

Welcome to the site Del..... Sounds like a great project. I'm going to suggest you find a local guy to see if they can build some custom fabbed Headers to fit you application for the truck. Good Luck... Keep us posted...
for his Dyno testing, may need to buy a cheap pair then pay for custom.
I asked the same question, but not a lot of guys run mopar engines. I am adding a Holley sniper EFI carb and just bought CVF front pulleys.
I just noticed that piston with 1.457" compression height is for a 4" stroke crank 408 c.i., looks like a cast crank too. Calculates to 9.7 c.r., sound about right?

We added a scat cast 4 inch stroker, mechanic was thinking better metal than a few others with APR studs. The cam was custom still need to find more detail numbers were not on my billing sheet.
