I've been on the phone and email playing stump the chumps trying to get a converter for my 727. I'm going to run my Plymouth in a street class with no TB but a two step and line lock, I need the converter to stall @ 4000 rpm were theres 600 lbs of torque so I can run the motor 4000 to 6500 rpm. I need to call ATI.

I'm guessing you want it to Flash to 4000 or truly stall to 4000... ? That might be what's got folks guessing?
What have you come up with so far, If I can ask? Their are some good convertor shops out there. But man, some of them are pricey....

Might give these a try... Shipping might kill ya...lol

I'm having trouble getting them to understand that I'm willing to coppramise a little performance for drivability. I'd be ok if it flashed at 4500 to 4700 rpm....
I talked with ATI this afternoon and they will build me whatever I want.

I've been ordering parts for mine, got front disk break kit coming still need rears and a master cyilinder.
I have to get the Ford going this summer so I can work on the Plymouth, I did order a direct connection t-shirt when ordering parts for the Ford.👍
I sent my info off to ATI for the converter for the 727 after they closed on Friday so I'm looking forward to hearing from them Monday.
Enjoy your day, go Patriots......

Good Morning Y'all... 85* day here in SO-CAL... Working installing a new fuel gauge, But guess what. Someone opened the box, Put a differant gauge in the box, sent it back for a refund. And guess what I got.. Yep... That box with the wrong gauge... Sure am Glad I know the parts people very well to help me solve this problem and not blame it on me... Now we all know why the box looked so dam old....lol

Iowan: Tom, how much more do you have too do to get the Ford up and running?

Sure,,, I'll be rite over !!!! Like when we painted the house last summer !!!!!!! But however, if I was closer, we would get it done with our attitudes...lol
The good thing about the timing control is that once you get it in it's happy spot. Your in good shape.. It's the trial and error that really gets to you...

Just before I stepped way, I was dealing with them Power Grid Systems and RacePacks... I much prefer old school set ups myself....

I was looking for wheels for my Ford, I think aluminum slots are getting the knod for the street and I can use the Weld Weels for the strip. I think I will be able to get 275/60/15 s on the back with a little work.

Good Morning Y'all.... Hope you are having a great weekend? What are you working on in your Driveway / Shop ???? Going to cool down some this week. Looking at mid 60's....
Not much going on here with me. I'm just helping out over at one of the kids house this weekend, fixing all kinds of odds and ends. But it's kind of difficult because I don't have most of the tools and supply's that I need. But we are making due with what I can do at the moment. May have to make another 120 mile trip, will see...
Y'all have a good one, Have a great PRESIDENT'S DAY !!!
Fly your flag and driver your Hot Rods... God Bless America !!!
