Building a Power Wagon Mudder

Building a Power Wagon Mudder
I got this 1973 W200 last year. So far, I have been sticking to routine maintenance just until I get it road worthy. However, I have a plan to build a sick mudder. I was wondering if you all had some suggestions on what I could do to make my stock 360 into a torque monster. The only changes this motor has had done is a Holly four barrel carb.

Toss the 360 for a built 440.
If you want to keep the 360, bore and stroke it for one. You'll need to upgrade the tranny, t-case and axles as well to handle the power coming from the motor.

I build Scouts... so our stock 345's have torque for days!!!
But... I'll differ the Mopar blocks to the other better suited posters above.
As mentioned... beef from A to Z... the weak link becomes known fast otherwise.
I went from a Dana 44 rear to a Dana 60 with Detroit (4.10's/33's)... as well had a beefier driveshaft made, stronger u-joints, and a shift kit in the tranny... so don't skimp. It is a long walk home in wet jeans and muddy shoes.
