Getting oh so close. Just need some shop time to finish up the last items. Then it's crossed fingers for the inspection.

Haha, thanks. I was surprised by the number of hits...over 300,000 as of this morning. It's great for the gang at the shop. I'll be trying to get a good video to post there with the shop sign in the background when totally finished. They deserve the recognition.

Marty you're going too have too put up a video or two of this finished, maybe one driving and one walk around with the guys that worked on it. I'm looking forward to seeing it done and driving along with the new shop your putting up to park it in.

Yeah. I've tried to post videos on this site but haven't been successful. Either too large or wrong format. Haven't figured that out yet. No money left for a new garage I'm afraid. However, if I ever need to store it the shop has offered me a spot...lol

I think I would be scared to use this thing because it's going to take a week to clean up...! It sure is coming together nicely.

The wheel tire combo does not look so big on the truck until you see the spare. Wow!👍

Haha...yeah. I'm not into entering anything like that myself. But the shop wants me to do the big local one this summer. I told them they could have the truck for the day if they were willing to babysit it. So they will go to the show with it. Me...I'll sit on my patio and drink beer.

Lol...I wish. Still a few items to finish off. They moved it outside as there was some painting happening. Didn't want to take any chances. Lots of people stopping to check her out.

That's going to take some getting used to, driving it may be a challenge at first.

Yes. I drove the donor truck, the 90 W250. Typical old Dodge with the loose front end. Drove this one a short distance one day in winter....no front window in at the time so a little chilly. She will definitely ride like a truck, not the cushy ride of something new.

It's a little tight for sure. I'm 6 foot three. But...I fit and have no trouble operating everything. A little uncomfortable but I can handle it as it will be fun to drive.
