what best roller cam shaft range for my new converter stall 2200 to 2800

Best advise. Go to a cam company and tell them what you are building.Give them all the info they ask for and they will tell you the best cam for your combo. Mark

 

is there a reason you are choosing a roller cam?
a solid or hydraulic will give you a longer hp rpm range than a roller cam.
maybe not as high hp but say a peak of 400 hp but the rpm rang 350 400 350
aver a total rpm range of say 2500 to 6000
roller hp 425 but with a total 350 425 350 over a rpm range of 3000 to 6000
you have a higher peak hp but the range is shorter a longer hp rpm range will pull harder longer than the roller with a shorter total rpm range

edlbrock performer rpm daul plane square bore range 1500 -6500
with aluminum stealth cylinder from 440 source.com
rearend 8 1/4 with 3.55 ratio
converter boss hog 2200 to 2800
carp hly 850 hp altra light
now on the car 750 hly old carb and stock rocker stock cam stock pushrods
i want upgrade to voodoo lunati cam,lifters,timing chain,springs
need full kit what part number will fit my engine
need your help i already bought now prw roller rockers 1.6 ratio
