6.4 Hemi conversion in 71 challenger

I am considering going with a new 6.4 hemi from mopar. I can see all the good side but appear to be blind to the bad. What downsides would there be to this. I have shop that will install but still I am reading how gen 3's tend to throw a rod. I sure how i am going to resolve the power steering pressures being way to high for a stock box. Would I need to go to a rack and pinion or is there a different pump I could get. Any horror stories to doing this.
This was a 318 car nothing special.
What are the negatives.

For me the total cost involved would be a negative.
