Electric fan Wiring??

When wiring up your electric fan w/ thermostat... Do you wire it to accessory power or constant power so it stays running even after shutting the car off??

Mine is on accessory now, might switch it to constant so it keeps cooling for a little bit after...

Thoughts??

Mine is switched....... You could try it and see if it helps....
But I think you have to deal with the sealing problem and then the rest will work a little better....

Leave it on accessory. It can drain down your battery if you have it on hot all the time. Besides if your water pump isn't pumping a fan wont do much good for cooling the engine.

Well if you are going to do that, you do not want it on "accessory." You want it on "ignition."
