ugh oh 904 problems

Hi guys. So was going to adjust my kickdown band on my 904. And a friend of mine decided to jump in while I went for a cig. Well needless to say he pulled the entire adjustment bolt out completely. I tried to rethread it back in to see if it would grab back onto the band and put the pan back on but no luck. No 2nd gear at all. Is there an easy fix to this? If so how? If not how should I go about getting it threaded back into the band. Unreal lol. Thanx ahead of time for the help

Depending you will probably have to remove the trans pan and the valve body to gain access Not a total disaster

Thanx for your help guys. Dropped the pan and the VB and got the band back to where it should be. She runs and shifts better than ever.
