Hey Bob, back for my once every 3 or 4 months visit... I just got my first Covid shot on Monday, second one should be around April 12. Poor ol' '36 has been stranded on jackstands for a year now, was going to replace a couple of bad control arm bushings and I ran into a bout of health issues. Still too wobbly to get out and fool with the car but I'm feeling much better. Time to face the fact I'm not 25 anymore. Suck though, we've been back into cruise-in weather for the last few weeks and no telling when mine might finally be ready to hit the street again. Anyway, got a beautiful Friday to go out and enjoy so I'll be seeing everyone probably mid summer, haha!
Hey Ken, Good to see you stop in !!!! Good to hear you got the shot.. Sorry to hear your car it up on stands and your not feeling well enough to get it ready for the road... Hope you get that turned around soon! All I can say it get well soon !!

thing's are going great here in north Iowa. I picked up four 10,000 lumens lites for my small shop today. I'm not sure how many I need but this seems like a good start. I had been using 300 watt bulbs, these are only 50 watt's apiece so I hope they work.

I agree, When i need a couple item they were out of stock... As soon as they came in I doubled up on my order... Feel kind of bad doing it, but you got to get while the getting is good I guess..
Last thing I remember you were doing something to the rearend on the Ford? What are you getting ready to do this go round? Keep Chipping at it, You will get it done in no time at all... Keep us posted...

Hi guys, been working on my friends mud truck engine. He knows little about this stuff so last week I had him take apart the distributor so I could weld up the centrifugal advance slots, remove and lock out the vacuum advance. Today he installed it, set dwell, timed it and set total advance then see what initial ended up at.
It is a 5.2 Magnum short block with an old Purpleshaft cam I had, LA heads I made external oiling for and ZOOMIES! this thing sounds pretty snotty. Should of seen his smile after a little tuning and had it idling. I love passing along my knowledge to someone who wants to learn.

The Old 1977 Dodge D150 (WAR LOCK) 360 V-8 and 727A.T. are still making the hick back and forth to the salt mine to make a living. That in itself is a good thing. Im not sure but this old war dog may outlive me ! Hahahaha
I hope the Crew here at Mopar Forums getting yalls questions answered? I love all of you folks projects no matter how small they are.

I’ve been working on the Coronet Tig welding a stainless exhaust for the little hemi with our dog Mopar “Mo” , gotta love a shop dog that uses a welder for a pillow.
