You know that when you get on it harder, you could pull both off the ground. Add the nitrious, and you probably will.
Its good to hear that it launches straight. Thats a cool shot of the rear tires wrinkling.

We went down last weekend. Just tried to get the 60' times down. I couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't launch hard/consistently. Mt best 60 foot was a high 1.6X and it was getting squirley at the big end. when I got home I found that I had broken the 4 degree shims I had adjusting the rear pinion angle, and so the rear was about a half inch away from the leaf springs and just dangling by the "u" bolts.
I have used all the very best parts doing this assembly, but still unfortunately when you push a fresh build to the breaking point....some parts will break. Eventually all this will get sorted out.
Ya' know, racing is like sex.... even if you are bad at it, it is still a great time!

Nope, stock suspension car. Slant six torsion bars, Superstock rear springs, 90/10 front shocks, 60/40 rear shocks, pinion snubber, etc.
Check the thread for more pic's or go to www.Crazy4Carz.Com for the entire build.

Your Dart is Great.Along with the shop. I like the clearance tool . Just like the shock towers in the real Hemi cars. My Dart has a opening in the front rad. suport that Grand Spalding did when the car was there in 69 for a tune up along with a few other things. Like a 4:56 set of gears. Are you still running the 4" bolt pattern? Next summer my GTS comes back out of hiding since 1980. I bought the car in 1974 and couldnt afford to drive it. LOL go figure 4:56 gears with a kid and a Big Block. Original miles just inder 17,000 miles.
