Electrical things in meltdown

Hi Guys

Got a problem with a pair of electrical units mounted on the drivers side inner fender on my 84 D150, going by the puddle of resin like goo running down and pooling underneath I'm guessing these are now toast.
But wondering what their function is (or was)

I'm not 100% sure but..... From Left to right
1. Voltage Regulator
2. EGR Delay Controller
3. Starter Relay

Hope this helps...

Thanks Bob,
I did a little googling on the part numbers appearing on the outside casing but inconclusive
far left is 4111172, middle is 4111481

the one on the left is egr timer, if it has red, grey, brown wire w/orange tracer. right one is air switching timer if it has red, dark green and brown wire w/orange tracer. air switching is for units with air pump. yours may have already been removed though. almost every timer or module mopar has ever had has melted the stuff out of the back. it was put there to keep vibrations down. look at some ignition modules. they will still run even after "insulation" is gone. this was taken fron 1984 service manual wiring in ignition section. hope this helps.

Thanks RBKT

I think both those modules are obsolete, pretty sure the air pump is long gone, and the truck has an edelbrock manifold so assuming EGR is no longer operational, at least not the timer regulated original system.
